Woodlands Medical Centre - Travel Health Clinic

Woodlands Medical Centre is now holding their travel clinics on a Monday afternoon from the 4 December 2017. All patients who wish to book into this clinic will first need to look at the country you intend to visit by clicking  The travel health pro website will inform you of the relevant vaccinations that you require, you will then need to fill out a travel health risk assessments forms accessible here.  You will need to complete a travel health risk assessment form for each person who is travelling.  Once your forms are complete and ready you can now book your travel clinic appointment.  All travel clinic appointments need to be booked 6 weeks before your travel date, if you are thinking of booking a travel clinic appointment and you have less than 6 weeks before you travel you will need to contact one of the travel health services (listed below) that can accommodate this.

Telephone advice – Telephone advice requests are booked on a Monday travel clinic appointment only.

Yellow Fever Vaccination – Woodlands Medical Centre offers a Yellow Fever Vaccination service, these appointment can be booked via the reception staff on 01235 517760 after 11.00am.
