Publication of GP Net Earnings
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients.
The average pay for GPs who worked for 6 months or more in Woodlands Medical Centre in the last financial year (2016/17) was £42,237 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time, 8 part time, and 1 locum GP.
|Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.|
